Terms and Conditions of the Vibrance E-shop
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the Vibrance e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the "seller") and customers (hereinafter referred to as the "buyer") when selling goods through the online store at www.vibrancecraft.com.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The seller is Vibrance, with its registered office at Antonína procházky 36, Brno 62300, Company ID: 04270975, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno . 1.2. These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of the European Union, including consumer protection regulations and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 1.3. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Information About Goods and Prices
2.1. Information about the goods, including their main characteristics, is provided for each product on the e-shop website. 2.2. The prices of goods are final, and we are not VAT payers. Shipping costs and any additional fees are specified during the order process.
3. Ordering and Contract Formation
3.1. The buyer places an order using the order form on the e-shop website. 3.2. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order. 3.3. The buyer must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
4. Payment Terms

5. Delivery Conditions
5.1. The seller arranges the delivery of goods through Czech Post, Slovak Post, DPD, GLS, PPL, Zásilkovna, or other carriers, depending on the destination country. 5.2. The usual delivery time is usually 1–5 business days if ordere witin the european union, 1-6 day if ordered in Europe out of the european union zone, 3-8 business days if ordered in the United states of America or Canada, 3-11 days if ordered anywhere else in the world. The delivery times can vary depending on the selected carrier 5.3. Shipping costs are displayed during the order process and vary based on the selected delivery method and destination country.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason unless the goods are custom-made or exempt under applicable consumer protection laws. 6.2. To withdraw from the contract, the buyer may use the withdrawal form available on the website. 6.3. Returned goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging if possible.
7. Warranty, returns and exchanges
7.1. The goods are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months unless otherwise stated. 7.2. Returns and exchanges can be submitted via email at returns@vibrancecraft.com. 7.3. The seller will decide on the complaint within 30 days of its receipt and inform the buyer of the next steps.
8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. The seller processes buyers' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable legal regulations. 8.2. Personal data is processed for contract fulfillment, customer account management, legal compliance, and marketing activities (if the buyer has given consent). 8.3. Processed personal data includes name, surname, address, email, phone number, and payment details. 8.4. The buyer has the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. 8.5. If the buyer has given consent for marketing purposes, they may withdraw this consent at any time. 8.6. Personal data is stored for the necessary period to fulfill contractual and legal obligations or until consent is withdrawn for marketing activities. 8.7. The seller ensures the protection of personal data using technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. 8.8. If the buyer believes that their personal data is processed in violation of the law, they have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. In the event of a dispute between the seller and the buyer, the dispute may be resolved out of court. 9.2. The buyer may submit a proposal for an out-of-court dispute resolution with the relevant consumer protection authority in their country. 9.3. The buyer may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Liability for Product Use
10.1. The seller is not responsible for any effects resulting from the use of products purchased from the e-shop. 10.2. Information provided about the products is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional advice. 10.3. The buyer is responsible for using the product in accordance with its intended purpose and recommended usage.
11. Import Regulations and Customs Responsibility
11.1. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with the import regulations and laws of their country. 11.2. The seller is not responsible for any issues related to customs clearance, import restrictions, or seizure of products by customs authorities in the destination country. 11.3. The buyer should verify the legality of the purchased products in their country before completing the order.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from 20.12.2024 and replace any previous versions. 12.2. The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on the e-shop website at least 14 days before taking effect.
